What happens after you get in touch

Every conversation starts with a free 30-minute audit call. Before that call, we run your domain through our baseline checks: technical crawlability, existing structured data, content depth on your money pages, and — most importantly — how often your brand currently appears when we run high-intent prompts for your category through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. You'll see that baseline on the call whether or not you decide to work with us.

From there we tell you plainly what we'd prioritise in the first 90 days and roughly what it costs. Some brands need a full build; some need schema and entity work on an otherwise healthy site; some need content restructuring more than anything technical. We'd rather scope the smallest thing that moves the number than sell a retainer that doesn't fit.

Who we work best with

We focus on B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, and considered-purchase DTC brands — the categories where buyers research before they buy, and where an AI-generated answer can decide which three vendors make a shortlist. If you're in one of those categories and your competitors are getting named in AI answers while you aren't, that gap is the exact problem we solve.

We're equally happy to say no. If your site has a fundamental product or positioning problem, or you need paid acquisition rather than search visibility, we'll tell you on the first call rather than take the engagement.
